BECOME A CHAPTER DIRECTOR
Terrific people are hard to find and we’re hoping you know the right person or are that person. Our directors are the primary leader promoting the local COO Forum experience. As established business leaders in their geographical area, COO Forum directors serve on a very part-time basis to organize local chapter meetings and events for area COO Forum members. All of our directors have extensive local autonomy and are encouraged to invite participation from new members and local experts. Our chapter directors are often seated or former COOs, have served or are serving in other executives roles, or have transitioned into executive coaching or consulting.

BECOME A HOST
Our host companies find great benefit to having COO Forum meetings held at their location. The opportunity provides great exposure to our members and their companies, and the convenience of their own COO attending meetings in the home office. If you are interested in hosting a COO Forum meeting, contact Laura Weikle at lweikle@cooforum.org to schedule a time to discuss this opportunity.
Most of our meetings are held in a business setting and the criteria for hosting is a company that is be centrally located for convenient transportation, to provide a meeting room with a 8-12 person capacity, be available to open by 7:30 or 8:00 a.m., in most cases, and offer water and coffee. Most of our hosts are banks, CPA firms, real estate or other business services. Several of our chapter meetings hold meetings exclusively at member companies.

BECOME A THOUGHT LEADER
We are always seeking speakers, thought leaders, and subject matter experts who can meet with our group and facilitate a discussion. Our thought leaders typically do not use PowerPoints, will present a topic and facilitate the group in discussion. If you would like to learn more about this, contact Laura Weikle at lweikle@cooforum.org
BECOME A SPONSOR
The COO Forum hosts informal social gatherings often at most of its chapters, and through these events we invite C-Level executives to participate. Many of the attendees are members, but many are executives from area companies learning about the COO Forum for the first time and who may be considering membership. We promote our sponsors through our meeting notices, at our COO Forum LinkedIn group, and on our exclusive COOeForum.
